Ingredients
- 1 bowl Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice Family Size Bowl
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ cup green onions, sliced
- ½ cup celery, sliced
- ½ cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 large whole eggs, beaten
DirectionsHeat rice according to package directions. Heat oil in in a large wok or skillet over medium heat. Add onion, celery and carrots and stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in rice, ham and soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry until heated through. Pour in eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are done. Serve with additional soy sauce, if desired.
Serves 4.
